After initial consultation with you, which includes understanding your requirements and expectations for your website, we plan your project content, structure, aesthetics and promotion then take that preparation through to the live build.

Projects generally follow a three stage process.

Planning

Can take up to 3 days after initial consultation. Before we begin designing and developing your new online presence we need a thorough understanding of your requirements and time to gather all the assets that will be used with your build.

During this stage we will listen to your needs and wishes whilst augmenting these with our own best practice and experience.The questionnaire document provided will help prepare you for all the information and content you will need to supply us as well as keep the project running smoothly and avoid any unforeseen gaps that may put a break on your project.

Execution

Once a clear strategy has been agreed and we receive the requested materials (content, images etc) from you then we are ready to start your website build. Space is immediately set up on our project servers and you are issued a login and password with which to keep an eye on the build. At this stage you are free to change your mind about elements that you don't want to see in the site and suggest others that you may want to.

Once built, the finished site is presented to you for final approval before being thoroughly tested and moved to a live domain where it will be officially launched.

Optimise

Now your website is live but no one knows about it yet! Fortunately, our relationship doesn't stop with you after project completion as this is where the marketing portion of your strategy kicks in as we being to optimise your site for search engines.

Targeting keywords unearthed by our initial keyword research, coupled with our perfect on site optimisation of your site, we will start to promote your new website on the internet and gain exposure in the search engines.

This is really the 'secret sauce' that goes into all our websites and why they are so successful. Having a great website is all good and well but it needs to be seen!
